Employee Privacy Notice

Purpose and legal basis

Transport & Mobility Management processes verified employee identity, department, role, permissions, profile information, operational actions, and security records to provide authorized government workspaces and maintain accountable public-service operations. Personal information is handled in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable Philippine laws.

Authentication and security

Civentral owns employee credentials, OTP verification, account status, roles, and permissions. TMM receives the minimum verified claims needed to create a time-limited employee session. Sign-in attempts and successful, rejected, or failed official actions may be recorded for security and audit purposes.

Use and disclosure

Information is available only to authorized city personnel and approved government systems for official duties, security, audit, legal compliance, and the City Government's public mandate. TMM does not sell employee information.

Retention and rights

Records are retained only for approved operational, audit, legal, and archival periods. Employees may ask the City Government about access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, and other rights allowed by law. Mandatory official and audit records may need to be retained.
