Authorized personnel only

This portal is for authorized PSTMD employees. Use only the role-protected functions assigned to your verified city account and official duties.

Account security

Keep passwords and OTP codes private. Do not share sessions, impersonate another employee, bypass access controls, or use another person's account.

Official records

Enter complete and accurate information. Saved actions may become official operational and audit records. Do not alter, hide, or delete records outside an authorized workflow.

System boundaries

AI detections are recommendations and require authorized officer review. Treasury remains responsible for payments and official receipts. Private evidence and personal information must not be copied or disclosed without authority.

Monitoring

Sign-in attempts and account activity may be logged for security, accountability, troubleshooting, and compliance.
